The Towns at Orchard Ridge is the first phase of for-sale homes in the mixed-use, mixed-income community of Orchard Ridge. This new neighborhood is proposed to consist of 468 new for-sale and multi-family homes in a master-planned, neo-traditional community design with amenities such as a community clubhouse and adjacent recreation area. Mr. Lipscomb is a partner in Presidential Partners, LLC which acts as the ownership vehicle for this venture. In addition, Doracon is a 50% owner of Frankford Estates, a $25 million residential venture which transformed 20 acres on the east side of Baltimore City into 186 market-rate housing units with town homes, duplexes and single-family homes. Doracon is also a partner in EBDI, a 31-acre multi-phased redevelopment effort which will include over 1 million square feet of life sciences and office space, approximately 850 residential units, 50,000 square feet of retail, 2,300 structured parking spaces and acres of parks and open space.
